Congratulations to Dr. Trujillo for being named the 2025 Man of the Year at this year’s Best in Business Awards event hosted by the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Trujillo, we are honored to work with you as we guide students to achieve success, and thank you for leading by example to show that GPISD is All in for All Kids.

Students from South Grand Prairie High School’s Wind Ensemble ended 2025 on a high note as they performed, as invited musicians, at the 80th Midwest Clinic in Chicago. This group of 67 band members from SGP was one of 5 high school ensembles selected across the nation.
