AP Calculus

The goal of AP Calculus is for students to gain an understanding of the fundamental concepts of calculus including limits, derivatives, indefinite and definite integrals, and their applications. These concepts will be investigated graphically, numerically, analytically, and verbally and span the same topics typically covered in college level calculus. Students will learn to apply these concepts in preparation for the AP exam in May. If students successfully pass the exam they may, depending on their score and the college of their choice, receive college credit for Calculus I.
